Summary: This report looks at Morocco's current laws and recent legal reform in relation to the sexual exploitation of children and child-friendly justice.
This is part of a series of reports reviewing the implementation of the Optional Protocol on the sale of children, child pornography, and child prostitution. CRIN would also like to express gratitude to national NGO Bayti for providing supplementary information in response to inquiries about Moroccan law on the subject matter.
