which the benefits associated with
education are being extended to all
children, youth & adults globally &
whether the commitments made in
2000 at the World Education Forum
in Dakar are being met. The Forum
agreed on 6 education for all (EFA)
goals, considered to be essential,
attainable & affordable given strong
