policy & provision regarding
Roma/Gypsy & traveller children in 14
countries across Europe, showing
how despite a raft of legislation,
discrimination & ill-designed policies
often result in unacceptably low
standards of education. Also

Recommendations provide targets for policy-makers, educational
practitioners, governments, donors and NGOs, and a benchmark
against which future investments can be assessed.
