The Global Campaign to End Immigration Detention of Children was launched during the 19th Session of the UN Human Rights Council in 2012, to draw attention to the many detrimental effects that immigration detention has on children.

ACLU Sign on letter to Congress regarding Syrian refugees and the US refugee resettlement program

This sign-on letter, expresses support for the U.S. refugee resettlement program and urges Members of Congress to oppose proposals that call for the suspension of the U.S. refugee resettlement program or the imposition of restrictions on funding for Syrians and other groups of refugees.
