UNICEF publishes a new Handbook on the OPSC

UNICEF Innocenti Research Centre's new Handbook on the Optional Protocol on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography (OPSC) aims to promote understanding and effective implementation of the OPSC. It describes the origins and content of the Protocol, and information on implementation and monitoring sytems. The guide also offers recommendations regarding a rights-based approach to implementation and components of a child protection system.

The Handbook can be found here.
