Summary: Makes a number of recommendations
relating to admin of juvenile justice
including: Calling on States parties to
implement fully existing international
standards (also to overcome obstacles
that prevent implementation);
requesting the OHCHR to make it a
priority and cooperate with UN bodies,
agencies, and partners to enhance their
work in the area using the CRC as the
main tool.
