Summary: At its 22th session (Geneva, 20 September - 8 October 1999) the Committee on the Rights of the Child devoted a Day of General Discussion (6 October 1999) on the "Tenth Anniversary of the Convention of the Convention on the Rights of the Child - Commemorative Meeting : Achievements and Challenges”.
