Innocenti Annual Review 1999/2000

Summary: Since its establishment in 1988, the UNICEF Innocenti Research Centre has been a catalyst for the development of UNICEF's leadership role for children in many key areas. The current programme (2000-2002) builds on twelve years of policy analysis and the monitoring of human rights standards that affect children and women in industrialised, transnational and developing countries.
