HONG KONG: Implementation of the CRC

Summary: An analysis of Hong Kong's compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN CRC) and its two Optional Protocols, with a particular focus on juvenile justice. The report also looks at domestic jurisprudence as it relates to articles of the CRC.
