Barnardo's summary of the publication
"This report is based on an 18 month research project into the
planned inclusion of nine children into four mainstream schools.
The inclusion followed a decision by Barnardo's to close one of its
special schools and replace it with an inclusion service comprising
the teaching and support staff of the original special school. This
service became known as the Somerset inclusion project."
