Petition: Support the call for EU leaders to stop mass surveillance

ARTICLE 19 has signed up in support of a petition calling on the EU Heads of Government to take action to stop mass surveillance, as recently exposed by NSA Prism revelations. The petition demands that leaders ensure that mass surveillance is on the agenda for the next European Council Summit in October 2013.
