Summary: This competition is organised by the
European Commission to celebrate
the European Day of Disabled People
on 3 December. 10 to 15 year olds
will be asked to draw what they
would change for disabled people in
2003. One winning drawing will be
selected per Member-States to be
used as
official European Year postcard and e-
card.
