Summary: Annually child helplines receive 11.3 million calls from children and youth needing care and protection. This report provides recommendations on the start-up and scale-up of child helpline in Sierra Leone.
The report is compiled by CHI. It recommends that a 3-4 digit, toll free, national helpline be accessible to all children, particularly those disadvantaged.
