Summary: This report provides supplementary information on BiH's initial report on the implementation of the OPSC. Annually child helplines receive 11.3 million calls from children and youth needing care and protection. This report is compiled by CHI and Udruženje roditelja teško bolesne djece u BiH and provides recommendations on child helpline in BiH.
