Summary: This report provides supplementary information on Bosnia and Herzegovina's intial reports on the implementation of the OPSC and OPAC. The Global Initiative to End All Corporal Punishment of Children submits a briefing to each Pre-sessional Working Group of the Committee on the Rights of the Child. The briefings summarize the legal status of corporal punishment in each of the States to be examined, together with any research evidence of prevalence of corporal punishment.
