Summary: The Convention has had an undeniable impact at national level shown by changes to legislation, the creation of new programs of policies that deal with specific concerns, the creation of national child rights institutions and coordinating mechanisms, changes in attitude towards children. But are these changes due to the work of the Committee on the Rights of the Child?
