ST VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES: Inhuman Sentencing of Children

Report detailing the legality of inhuman sentencing against children in St Vincent and the Grenadines. It appears that persons convicted of an offence committed under the age of 18 cannot be sentenced to capital punishment. They may be sentenced to corporal punishment and life imprisonment.
