ST KITTS AND NEVIS: Inhuman sentencing of children

Report detailing the legality of inhuman sentencing against children in St Kitts and Nevis. It appears persons convicted of an offence committed under the age of 18 cannot be sentenced to capital punishment, though this has yet to be confirmed in all cases. They may be sentenced to corporal punishment and possibly life imprisonment.
