SPECIAL PROCEDURES: UN Expert's report focuses on protecting children after a humanitarian crisis

Summary: In her report to the Human Rights Council, the Special Rapporteur on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography provides a thematic study on the protection of children from sale and sexual exploitation following humanitarian crisis due to natural disasters.

The Special Rapporteur, Ms. Najat Maalla M'JID, will be presenting her report and chairing an interactive discussion during the 19th session of the Human Rights Council.
