RIGHT TO LIFE: Submission to the African Commission on its Draft General Comment No. 3

Our submission aims to contribute information on the way that the right to life applies to children and the ways that the right interrelates with the other rights of the African Charter. We urge the Commission to specifically address these issues in developing its Draft General Comment on the right to life.
