Summary: This report from a seminar in Ethiopia
on the training of peacekeepers
makes some fundamental
conclusions: it is of vital importance
both for the child & the soldier to
make children visible in a
conflict/peacekeeping situation. It
takes an hour or less training
peacekeepers to make them aware
of the importance of addressing
children particularly.
