one of the world’s worst
humanitarian crises, according to this
report by SCF-UK, Oxfam and
Christian Aid. In parts of the country
malnutrition rates for children under
five have reached 30% and infant
mortality rates 41%. The report
argues that world is not doing
enough to help.
