Mkombozi Census 2005: A comparative analysis of Tanzania's most vulnerable children

Summary: Since the early 1990s Tanzania has witnessed a visible increase in the number of children living and working on the street. This census follows-up the census conducted in June 2003 and as such provides a comparative picture of how the situation of the most vulnerable children has altered over an 18 month period. It also enables Mkombozi to monitor whether the efforts of its projects in 4 target communities are having a positive impact in reducing the number of children coming to the streets from these areas.Owner: Mkombozi Centre for Street Children pdf: http://www.mkombozi.org/our_library/research.html
