Summary: General overview of Lesotho's national legal provisions on children's rights, including guidance on how to conduct further research.

Children's Ombudsperson
Lesotho's government approved the creation of the Human Rights Commission in 1995, but as of December 2010, the institution was still being established in a joint project between the Government of Lesotho, UNDP and Irish Aid. At the time of writing, CRIN was not able to confirm whether the Commission had begun operating.
