India Human Rights Report 2006

Asian Centre for Human Rights has released the India Human Rights Report 2006. It analyses trends and patterns of human rights violations in 27 States of India.

“India Human Rights Report 2006” is the only report prepared by any organisation/ institution in India which extensively reports on human rights issues in India.

Apart from covering violations of civil and political rights, it also reports on economic, social and cultural rights especially of vulnerable groups such indigenous/tribal peoples and the Dalits.
