The Guidance Note on Attacks against Schools and Hospitals and its annexes provide practical guidance for the UN and NGO partners in the field on the implementation of the Security Council resolution 1998 (2011), which further strenghtens the Security Council Children and Armed Conflict agenda in highlighting the issue of attacks on schools and hospitals.
