ENOC Statutes amended version

Summary: Following a decision made by the ENOC General Assembly in 2010 in Strasbourg, a special Working Group on the ENOC Statutes & Standards (WGSS) has been set up to work on revising the ENOC Statutes & Standards. Thus, at the last General Assembly meeting that took place on September 15th, 2011 in Warsaw, the WGSS, made 4 proposals for amendments to the ENOC Statutes as approved in 2006 in Dublin. The proposed 4 amendments have been presented to ENOC members at the Warsaw Conference and submitted to the vote of full members.
