In Arabic "Egypt's success in reducing infant mortality from 22.5 per 1000 child in 2004 to 20.5 in 2006 according the Ministry of Health was due to the world developments and not a state of development in Egypt, a fact that is confirmed by the highly scary rates of other diseases from which thousands of children still suffer", a new report by the Land Center for Human Rights, titled 'Health Conditions in Egypt's Rural Areas.. to where?'. The report is the 46th publications in a series called Land and Farmers. it aims at studying the impacts of the international trade agreements on health services; reporting about the situation of the right to health in Egyptian rural areas; and identifying the role of international institutions, European Union in particular, in improving farmers' health. "Government must develop and impliment a number of economic, social and health policies aim primarily at raising the quality of life for all citizens alike. LCHR said.
