The Commission acknowledged the introduction of human rights education in primary and secondary schools. (Pargraph 9)

No specific recommendations were made about children's rights, although the Commission expressed concern that "NGOs do not appear to be enjoying the various legislative measures put in place by Tunisia within the context of the implementation of the provisions laid down in the African Charter." (Paragraph 12)
