Summary: This report provides supplementary information on the UK third and fourth report – CRC/C/GBR/4 on the implementation of the CRC. In this report, CSIE concentrates on educational provisions for disabled children and discuses segregated provision, commitment to inclusive education as a matter of basic human rights, current legal and policy frameworks, and the need for a review of legislation.
