Summary: This report summarises the status of children's rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina vis-a-vis European human rights mechanisms.
Search CRIN's ratifications table to find regional instruments to which Bosnia and Herzegovina is a party. European Court of Human Rights Bosnia and Herzegovina is a member of the Council of Europe and subject to the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights, which issues decisions that are binding on all Council of Europe members. The Court maintains a searchable database of its case law (http://hudoc.echr.coe.int/sites/eng/Pages/search.aspx#), and the Council of Europe's Theseus project also offers a database containing Court case law relevant to children's rights (http://www.coe.int/t/dg3/children/WCD/simpleSearch_en.asp). CRIN's case law database currently contains no decision of the European Court of Human Rights on Bosnia and Herzegovina.
