Summary: The main objective of this study is on one hand to identify the legal framework against human trafficking in Vietnam and China, and on the other hand, to understand how the government intervene in the human trafficking issue in both countries. The study also intends to review all available literature, materials and documents related to human trafficking from Vietnam to China.
