SASEF is dedicated to providing life changing opportunities to children and youth throughout the world.

 

SASEF was founded in 2001 and is a United States not for profit organization 501 ©3 with the goal of eradicating poverty through education and its resources.

 

SASEF’s award winning programs, projects and initiatives are international and work to bring the United Nations youth serving initiatives to the forefront.

 

SASEF has co-authored curriculum in health literacy for free distribution in developing countries, founded the Youth Employment Summit YES Angola, which now partners with CARE and the Nelson Mandela Foundation.

 

SASEF has successfully introduced our Youth In Philanthropy Program in the International School Systems and we consistently introduce the Millennium Development Goals projects and initiatives to public and private school systems as a road map for children and youth to learn how to implement community development projects that will bring an end to poverty in their neighborhoods.

 

SASEF has worked with Global Youth Service Day since 2003 holding  leadership positions at the National and Organization level in Angola, Brazil, Germany and the United States.

 

SASEF efforts in collaboration with CARE, International School System Angola, Youth Employment Summit, Netaid and more youth serving organizations has successfully built schools, created youth employment training programs and workshops.   

 

SASEF and partners; UNESCO, UNESCO Open School Project, Junior Achievement, Youth Employment Summit, Clinton Global Initiative, MTV Vit Music, SEBRAE RS and Government Educational Ministries to create and implement our pilot project “Transforming My Dreams to Reality” a youth employment conference. 

 

SASEF award winning approach working with youth continues to be duplicated in youth serving organizations. MTV has documented our work for distribution to youth serving organization wanting to implement our strategy.

 

SASEF materials are available free of charge to youth serving organizations.   

Currently we are drafting our idea of exchanging community service hours for vocational and/or college credits.
