PEACE aims to prevent commercial sexual exploitation of children through awareness raising, counselling, education and skills training for self employment projects and also lobbying for legislation to curb child abuse.

Primary areas of work:

  • Awareness raising and training regarding Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) amongst students, parents, teachers, government officials, law enforcement officials, industry personnel and others.
  • Advocacy and policy reforms at the national level to enhance child protection, and to expedite legal procedures for child abuse cases.
  • Counselling, legal aid and legal representation for underage abuse victims
  • Main focus areas: CSEC, Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (OCSEA), Sexual Exploitation of Children in Travel and Tourism
PEaCE Mission:  PEaCE actively contributes, primarily to the elimination of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and strives to promote the protection of children from all forms of abuse, neglect and exploitation.
