Open line for Students

The Open Line is department of the
Ministry of Education dealing with
complaints and problems of pupils in
the education system and publishing
materials promoting the rights of
children.
Open Line runs a call line for children
in the education system. Their aim is
to help children defend their rights
and to cope with social and personal
crises that are not being resolved by
other members of the education
system.
Open line sees pupils and parents as
the main focus of its work, but it also
provides services for education
personel in matters relating to pupils
rights and crises.
