NIPPA is the largest voluntary
organisation working for young
children and their families in Northern
Ireland. NIPPA has a membership of over 900
playgroups, parent and toddler
groups, creches, day care groups,
afterschool groups and other
voluntary organisations providing
early years services. Over 30,000
children under 12 attend NIPPA
