The mission of the RNC is to
strengthen and facilitate cooperation
between NGOs and UNICEF for
children's rights and their well-being,
within the framework of the
Convention on the Rights of the Child.Activities include: developing an NGO network that reaches each country; promoting a dialogue between UNICEF and NGOs on issues of programming for children in the region; strengthening the capacity through the provision of training, ensuring information flow through the dissemination of tools and methodologies; providing a representative to voice the needs and interests of the Region in the Global Forum of the NGO Committee on UNICEF; and supporting the aims of the Global Movement for Children in the Region.RNC
