Protecting and providing support and services to every poor, orphaned or abandoned child and contributing to their physical and mental development by preventing them from abuse and exploitation, through services and opportunities enabling them to live independently. Contributing to building an egalitarian society where all children regardless of their physical, metal, social and cultural status have access to equal opportunity and live a life of dignity and independence in harmony with others.
