ICS strategy focuses on vulnerable and underprivileged children and its social environment to ensure the development and protection of children. Our role is to enable children, adolescents, parents, caretakers, families, schools and communities to act in the best interest of the child. Through social contracts for programme implementation, roles, rights and responsibilities are agreed upon. In close cooperation with civil organisations, NGOs and government we complement one another. ICS facilitates the provision and utilisation of quality basic social services (health, education and income generation) and the strengthening of civil society (capacity enhancement, organisational/institutional development, lobby and advocacy).
