L'Albero della Vita is a large organisation working all over Italy and in some developing countries to implement effective actions to promote children and protect their right to grow up in a safe and suitable environment.
Its projects are addressed to minors who suffer hard living conditions in different ways: daycare centres, networks of foster families, services to support motherhood and sponsor children in developing countries.
Thus, the main areas of action are:
- Child welfare
- Mother support
- Young people's discomfort
- Children's rights
Moreover, the Foundation promotes campaigns to raise awareness on children's rights in the world.
