DevCon An Association for Rural Development is a Pakistani rights-based NGO, registered in 1998 under Societies Registration Act 1860. DevCon is working with a mission to “Empower the socially excluded by providing them the opportunity to exercise their basic rights through enhancement of their participation and representation in the social, economic, and political arena”.

DevCon's major programme themes are Education, Health, Child Protection, Economic Empowerment, Governance and Emergencies.

DevCon has Headquarters in Hyderabad and programme offices in number of districts covering northern, central and southern Sindh province of Pakistan.
