Blue Mission Organization

Blue Mission is an organisation established in 2002 for peace education. It was established after the Lebanese civil war.
A war that destroyed Lebanon but did not destroy the believe in peace by the founding members as the basis for human life. Blue Mission was set up to foster peace through a number of peace and human rights projects.
From 1985 Blue Mission was involved in and organised many events in the field of peace education because of its beliefs that only education and facilitating dialogue can create a pacific and peaceful world.
Key problems addressed by Blue Mission's programme include:
Violence in Schools
Domestic Violence
Unresolved Conflict
Disregard of Human Rights
Disempowerment of Women
Lack of Participation in Community Processes
All forms of discrimination
