Action for Child Rights International

Action for Child Rights International is an independent social-profit organisation dedicated to defending the rights of children and their families in developing countries.

Our activities are focused on two goals, namely:
We take up complaints by victims of child abuse once we have verified the validity of their complaints. We support and guide them (and their families) in all the further actions that need to be taken, depending on the nature of the complaint. The wishes and welfare of the victims are always uppermost in any decision we take.
Secondly, acting as an independent “watchdog”, we endeavour to ensure that violations of children’s’ rights are brought to the attention of the “general public”, so as to put constant pressure on local and international organisations, and local and international authorities to deal with these violations.
