ACT Children & Young People Commissioner

The ACT Children & Young People Commissioner (CYPC) is an independent statutory office created under the ACT Human Rights Commission Act 2005.

The CYPC has a number of roles, including:

- consulting with children and young people.
- resolving complaints and concerns about services for children & young people.
- providing advice to government and community organisations about how to improve services for children and young people.

The role of the CYPC is to help make Canberra a better place for children and young people.
