Draft agenda for Human Rights Council session 1

The first session of the Human Rights Council will take place from 19th to 30th June. The draft agenda for the first session is as follows:

1. Election of Officers
2. Adoption of Agenda and Organisation of work
3. Report of the High Commissioner for Human Rights
4. ImplementatiOn of General Assembly Resolution A160125 I “Human Rights Council”
5. Programme of work for first year
6. Report of the session

The Chair is still consulting with different groups and delegation and will be ready with a detailed agenda of the second week for the consultation on Tuesday 13th June.
