Conducting research and supervises postgraduate student research in the field of human rights.

Conducts training on human rights issues, including children’s rights, in both academic and non-academic contexts.

Provides guest lectures at number universities and presents at international conferences on human rights.

Participates in the activities of a number of professional bodies, such as the African Network of Constitutional Lawyers, the International Association of Constitutional Law and the ETO Consortium.

Consultant for a number of international organisations, NGO's and governments, including UNDP, Canadian International Development Agency, Swedish International Development Agency , International Development Law Organisation, Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs of Zimbabwe among others
