Training Programme in Child Rights, Classroom and School Management 2004

Summary: The overall objective of the course,
from a development perspective, is
to enhance the right to relevant
education to all - an education that
empowers the poor and excluded
parts of the population to participate
as active and informed citizens in all
aspects of development.

Due Swedish aid priorities, Sida has decided that participants
from the following 35 countries may apply: Afghanistan, Algeria,
Angola, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cambodia,
China, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala,
Honduras, India, Iran, Jordan, Kenya, Laos, Lebanon, Mali,
Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Peru,
Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Swaziland, Tanzania,
Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, West Bank and Gaza and Zambia

Closing date for applications is 14 May 2003.
