L'année 2004 a enregistré plus de 18.000 cas de mariages de mineurs contre plus de 35.000 en 2013, soit une progression de 91%. 11 599 cas de violence sexuelle sur mineurs ont été enregistrés entre 2007 et 2012. Les filles en sont plus victimes avec 8 129 filles cas enregistrés.
