Supplementary NGO Report on Denmark's 1st Report on the Implementation of the Optional Protocol

Summary: This report provides supplementary information on Denmark’s initial report on the implementation of the OPSC. It acknowledges improvements in legislation, emphasises the lack of specific objectives, timelines and impact assessments of the Government’s action plan on child sexual abuse. The Government is urged to prioritise education and training on issues of child sexual abuse. It comments on investigation and prosecution procedures for suspected cases of trafficking. It also addresses the positive and negative aspects of the action plan to combat trafficking and suggests new areas of action.pdf: http://www.crin.org/docs/Denmark_SCD_NGO_Report.doc
