Children's Ombudsperson The Office of the Human Rights Ombudsperson was established by the Constitution of Slovenia and is empowered to suggest changes to statues and regulations, urge a state body to rectify violations of human rights, request that the Constitutional Court review the constitutionality and legality of specific regulations and to file a constitutional complaint about a rights violation.
